Refunds and Return Policy

At Mid-Century, we want you to love your finds. Because we partner with specialized suppliers to ship products directly to you, our return process is designed to be as efficient as possible.
- The Return Window
You have [30] days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by your order number and proof of purchase.
Note: Personalized items or items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- How to Start a Return
We strive to make this process simple. To initiate a return:
- Email us at MidCentury.Support@gmail.com with your Order Number and the Reason for the Return.
- If the product is damaged or defective, please include photos of the item. This helps us work with our suppliers to resolve the issue quickly.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the return shipping address.
4. Shipping Costs
Defective/Incorrect Items: If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Changed Your Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- A refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within [7–10] business days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
